2. Handling of Orders and Returns
All leather jacket orders and returns are managed through our UK fulfillment partner:

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions along with the correct return address.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the jacket received was incorrect or faulty.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or sent in error.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your leather jacket arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the issue.
